All canine guests are required to show proof of current Rabies and DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus). In addition, we require immunization for Bordetella (a vaccine that may help prevent canine cough) within 6 months of your visit.

Feline guests are required to show proof of current Rabies and FVRCP (feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus, and panleukopenia).

• We reserve the right to deny admittance to pets lacking proof of vaccinations, and/or pets displaying signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions, and/or aggressive behavior.
• We reserve the right to charge handling fees for excessively difficult or aggressive pets requiring additional staff andor additional time in order that we may deliver proper care. Upon admission for services, your signature of contract acknowledges your awareness and acceptance of our policies.
• All pets arriving must be in good health with vaccination records current. Any pet with signs of pest infestations will be bathed and dipped at the owner’s expense.
